The 39 Steps by Patrick Barlow
Originally a novel by John Buchan and later made into a Hitchcock film, this play was rewritten in 2006 as a comedy. An award winning, uproarious, hilarious comedy. A very ordinary man called Richard Hannay, becomes embroiled in murder and espionage. He is chased relentlessly through Scotland by police and gangsters alike, and somehow, through the chaos, a love story emerges. Come and see for yourselves. Laughter guaranteed!
